Quality-guaranteed rail pads of Eslite

There are two kinds of railway rubber pads. First kinds are used mostly as rail way packing to stop the rail inroad in to railway-sleepers,and in 1955 as JRS(1961 JIS-E1112) .In 1958 second kinds (1967 JIS-E1117) are used to absorb shocks to railway. Moreover, sizes and shapes of ditch are designed to match with demanded amount of compress-deformation. Therefore, enormous types of railway pads are created.

The performance of railwaypad is decided by material and production way.All lot of railway pads made in ESLITE are in the quality management according to test items set in JIS.In this test items,there is spring constant item.
Spring constant is the value what expresses relation of load and compression amount with the form of MN/m(tf/cm).
Generally in second kinds railway pads,there is alternate flute at top and bottom.This flute is used to adjust spring constant of various railway pads.When railway pad is put with definite load,spring constant will be lower with compression amount's increase.On the contrary,spring constant will be higher with compression amount's reduction.

If it takes 100ton of load to compress railway pad 1cm,the spring constant of this railway pad is 100MN/m(tf/cm).

In the case of the compression deformation limit curve and measurement value of the below figure 50C type rail pad, when 5ton of load is put, compression strain must be between and 0.25-0.49mm. What can adjust it is the shape and measure of railway pad's flute.
The number,shape and measure of flute are calculated and designed in this condition,and become important factors.
