We had enlarged a factory of Nippori and were set up machine for railway products equipment.

We had extend our business for build Toukaido Shinkansen.

Constructed head office building in Nippori.

We made more rational our production control. Head office moved into Nippori from Tukisima.

Developed the Nippori factory.

We had set up new machine. Increase the manufacturing process.

1990's

1990

Nov.
Established Nasu Factory (1290m2) in Nasu-Shiobara, Tochigi Prefecture to double production.
An MS-type pressure kneader (75 liter, 150 horsepower) SPM line was newly established to automate the kneading work. Completion of A line.
Set up some newest model of machine.

1991

Aug.
Increase the finishing touches.

1993

Apr.
More automatic equipments were established.
We had completely automated the blending process.
Aug.
We set up a new machine and absorbed vibration railway sleeper pad put into commercial production.
Oct.
GEAR`S Aging Oven and circulator were more built.

1995

May.
Introduced NC milling machine OH-5V-FC. Started the mold design.

We had step up more automatic control.

Increase the productivity of our products.

We made new high tech machine.
Increase the productivity of hard rubber.

Meanwhile,we built home page to keep up with various business.
Extend ESLITE products through network of World Wide Web.

Established the second factory (562m2) on the Nasu factory site.

SHIMADZU fatigue tester servo pulser(300KN) was newly established.

Raise efficiency of our work from new machine.

Sun test tester(SunshineWhether-o-meter) was established.
Jul.
We got authorization of ISO 9001:2000.
Aug.
Two stands of railway pad buff equipments was built.
Make the adhesive joining of steel sheet more efficient.

2004

Jan.
Digital electric resistance tester was added.
Apr.
Established a new R & D room (413m2) in the Nasu factory.
In the meantime,fatigue tester was added.
We make the products grade up by researching&developing technology and quality control.
Aug.
Thai pad for rails was made Registration of a design "2003-36876"

2005

Jul.
We had purchased the adjacent land of the lab. The factory site has come to be 10,000m2.
Sept.
The capital has come to be 10 million yen.
Nov.
We expanded MS pressurising kneader (75 liters, 215 horsepower). We planed the B line.
Increase the quantity of rubber kneading.
Dec.
Large-scale ageing test machine was added.
Passed "Evaluation of elastic pad under urethane sleeper" by Railway Technical Research Institute.

2006

Jan.
In cooperation with Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co.,Ltd., we had started production of urethane elasticity materials.
Mar.
We received Quality Certification for "Urethane Railway Pads" from The Railway Technical Research Institute.
May.
We received an exclusive patent for the design and manufacturing of "Non shifting railway pads".

2007

Jan.
Increased 450t large compression molding machine (700 x 2200mm).
Dec.
We had developed super hard rubber (EB class) and had started production of "Railway pad with EB materials"

2008

Jan.
We had got the order of railway pad of Kyusyu/Tohoku-Shinkansen from Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency.
Mar.
We built more pressure machine.
Jun.
We had received "JR SUPPLIER EXCELLENCE AWARD" from East Japan railway company.
We set up more automatic pressure machines.
Jul.
Railway pad with EB materials was adopted to Tohoku-Shinkansen between Hachinohe and Shinaomori.
Sept.
Railway pad with urethane was adopted to Kyusyu-Shinkansen.
Nov.
We begin to use urethane railway pad for labor saving experimentally.
Dec.
Expanded MS type SPM line. Completion of B line.

2009

Jan.
Railway pad with EB materials was adopted to Kyusyu-Shinkansen between Hakata and Shinyatsushiro.
Aug.
We got authorization of ISO 9001:2008.

2010's

2010

May.
Completed the 3rd plant.(840m2)
We established the metallic mold factory in the lab newly.
NC milling machine AVNC-74 was added.
Nov.
The Nasu factory has been the 20th anniversary.
300t large compression molding machine (1600 x 600mm) was added.

2011

Mar.
We had got the order of railway pad of Hokuriku/Hokkaido-Shinkansen from Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency.
Oct.
EST1 which is Railway pad 15MN/m made of epdm-foam-rubber was adopted to Hokuriku-Shinkansen between Nagano and Kanazawa.
Nov.
EST2 (EPDM foam rubber for under sleepers) passed the property test of the Railway Technical Research Institute.

2012

Feb.
EST1 with EB material passed the durability performance evaluation by the Railway Technical Research Institute.
Jun.
Established MS pressuring kneader (75 liters, 215 horsepower). Replaced with an aging A-line kneader.
Nov.
To increase production of foam rubber, we added three 200t compression molding machines.
Dec.
Machining Centers MILLAC-611V was introduced and we started to manufacture the large-sized metallic mold.

2013

Aug.
We had set up a 100ton Injection molding machine.
Nov.
We had set up four 150ton Compression molding machine.

2014

Jan.
Partnership with Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH. Started sales of Getzner urethane pads.
May.
Special Exhibition " [ The tracs for 50years of Tokaido Shinkansen ] - the birth, evolution, and to the future - " was held at SCMAGLEV and Railway Park.
It is introduced in the corner "Manufacturing of Japan supporting the Shinkansen" in that exhibition.
Sept.
Sent our employees to the booth of Getzner in Inno Trans2014 (Berlin).
Oct.
We have received a letter of appreciation from Central Japan Railway Co., Ltd. to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Tokaido Shinkansen.

2015

SHIMADZU fatigue tester servo pulser(300K) was updated to the latest type.
Oct.
150t 2-stage 6-line compression molding machine was added.

MS TYPE WONDER KNEADER MIXER (55liter 215 Hosepower) was added. At the same time, we set up SPM~roll~dough thin press line (C line) to increase production of EB materials.

Xenon accelerated exposure device Suntest CPS + updated to a new model.

2017

Sept.
In order to handle complex shapes, two new compression molding machines with a single-stage vacuum system have been established.
Nov.
Exhibited as the Rail Fastening Equipment Manufacturers Association (RF Association) at the 5th Railway Technology Exhibition.

2018

Jan.
Established a high-performance CPU-controlled universal tester Strograph VGSF (Toyo Seiki) to speed up testing of EB materials and hard rubber.
Jun.
Received "Material Procurement Partner Letter of Appreciation" from East Japan Railway Company for making a significant contribution to the stable transportation of railways for the policy of the mass exchange of EB material rail pads.
Nov.
Introduced three 150t two-stage precision temperature control type compression molding machines, one annealing oven, and one super cutter NC1 for mass production of foam anti-vibration rubber.
Dec.
We established the kneader for the development of raw materials 3L and 8-inch roll in the R & D department to speed up the development of raw materials.
